A dam and small pumphouse on Hill Valley Creek just upstream from the culvert create this reservoir to feed NARCo and the Mount Union Yard.
The dam is a concrete structure spanning the stream extending about six feet above the downriver water level. The pumphouse is a poured concrete structure with a corrugated steel roof.
The reservoir is still in place but reduced in depth by about four feet. The dam appears to have been intentionally demolished in the center to drain most of the reservoir. The pumphouse is in good condition.
