Date Built: pre 1904

This was an original EBT structure. Its west wing was built sometime prior to 1904 and was used as an office for the Puckey and Company Coal operation that occupied the wye prior to 1956. The central part and south wing were added after 1917.

It currently contains the RTY gift shop and offices.
