This small building served as the headquarters for EBT freight operations in Mount Union. It replaced a smaller office next to the tankhouse which was removed by 1935.
It was a 24'x32' frame building with a gabled roof with asbestos shingles, two doors on the front, each with a small covered porch, and a sign on the roof declaring the building's purpose. Unusual for an EBT structure, it was built with a concrete basement.
The building no longer exists and apparently burned. It's foundations are just within the treeline behind the McDonalds dining area. Be careful, as where the buildings basement is now a deep open pit.
