These two bridges, 35' and 30' respectively, spanned North Spring Branch Creek and are believed to have been wood originally. #12 was partially washed out by the rains causing the Johnstown Flood of 1889. Both were later replaced with iron structures. Both were removed sometime between after 1897 and 1900 when a new, shorter channel was dug for the creek, bypassing both bridges. The old creek bed is visible as a depression inside the railroad grade.
