This station was built in 1892 to supercede a converted schoolhouse of unknown location. The station is thought to have been built about 40' southeast of its current location as a building about 28'x26'. In 1909 the building was moved northwest and realigned to the main rather than the diverging station siding (then shorter than now). In 1913, 8' was added to the length of the building, the current location of the bay window. In 1926 the building was moved again, this time back from the main to its current location. Sometime after 1926 the roofline was extended over the bay windows, which previously had a lower flat roof.
The station is constructed of wood frame and roof with horizontal wood siding. As built it had vertical battenboard siding.
It is on PA 655 just south of PA 2022 beside the EBT tracks.
