This was the site of Bridge #2 from 1873 and spanned a mill race. Although damaged by the rains of 1889, it seems to have survived the flood. The bridge was later replaced with fill and culverts sometime between 1889 and 1917, after which the subsequent bridges were renumbered. Hurricane Agnes of 1972 caused a washout of the culvert exposing the stone abutments, possibly dating from the 1880s. This is the second largest washout on the line.

The washout is right next to Pump Station Road at its north EBT crossing.
