This handcar was built from a reproduction kit, using spare wheel sets that were at the EBT. It was originally purchased by an informal group known as the EBT Speeder Crew who operated the EBT's speeder cars for public rides during the late Kovlachick Tourist Era of the railroad. The car was placed in service with the speeders to provide paid rides to the public starting at the 2006 June Opening.

The car was apparently formally owned by Frank Shoup, Jr., a member of the EBT Speeder Crew, Rockhill Trolley Museum volunteer and part time EBT employee. Shoup passed 5-29-2018. Ownership of the car appears to have passed to the EBT Foundation as it in use at the railroad. In May 2025 the car was transported to Three Springs to operate there on re-gauged EBT track during the annual Three Springs Carnival. Free rides were offered.
