This standard gauge ballast regulator was converted to 3' gauge by Delta Railroad Construction, Inc. / Quality Track Equipment in Ohio for the EBT Foundation. It was unveiled 7-7-22. The unit appears to be a Tamper Corporation BEB-17 model, which was made in the 1970s and 80s.
Tamper Corporation was acquired by Harsco Corporation in 1992, being merged into Fairmont Tamper. Fairmont Tamper was merged with Pandrol Jackson in 1999 becoming Harsco Rail.
